Who is this program for?

You need to be SERIOUS about getting in shape. I am looking for people who are ready to make a REAL change in their lives. I can only work with a limited number of clients, so I want to focus our FULL efforts on helping motivated people achieve their goals.

Is it really FREE?

What's included in this program?

Private 1-on-1 calls. A customized meal plan based on YOUR preferences of taste and budget (you choose, not me!!). Workouts you can do at home with NO equipment. What is the Difficulty Level?

This program is introductory. No experience or equipment is required to participate. Workouts are modified to your current fitness and activity levels. Educational material is provided each week and I am available for 1-on-1 help as needed!

What's the Time Committment

The time committment varies on you! The more work you put in, the better the results. Regardless, you can expect to put in about 15-20 minutes per day at an absolute minimum if you want to be successful.

When can I get started?

I begin accepting applicants on January 1st and the first day of the challenge is January 10th!
